Minutes of the Council Meeting held 20th January 2021, at 7.30pm at the Village Hall.
Present: Cllr R. Bennett, Cllr. J Harris, Cllr. V Wood, Cllr J Brown, Cllr Hallett & Clerk
01.21 Apologies for absence: None
02.21 Declarations of Interest –None
03.21 The Minutes of 18th November 2020 - were approved and signed as a true record.
04.21 Lincolnshire County Council Matters: -Northern Power Grid haven’t been back to the village since starting works. Cllr Bennett to contact for an update.
05.21 West Lindsey District Council Matters: - No report.
06.21 Clerk’s report- there has been no interest in the parish council vacancies.
07.21 Highways Matters including community speed watch scheme, A1084 Speed Limit and school bus stop- Edward Leigh has responded to the letter from Cllr Wood regarding the A1084. The matter has been passed to the Secretary of State for Transport Grant Schapps. The matter of the school bus stop is still ongoing. Cllr Harris has been in touch with the school who have stated that no progress has been made yet. Community Speed Watch cannot take place at the moment due to lockdown. There has been a request to place mirror at Canty Nook junction. Cllr Bennett to ask Graeme Butler from the Road Safety Partnership for advice.

09.21 Correspondence- all correspondence has been circulated.
10.21 Neighbourhood Plan including to discuss and resolve the flyer- Resolved to accept the wording. Font and design layout need some amendments to make it more eye-catching and engaging.
11.21 Memorial for Cllr Strange- Item to remain on the agenda.
12.21 Planning applications and decisions: PA142195- Application for change of use of agricultural buildings to residential annex- application withdrawn. PA141834-Wold House- application to erect extension- granted PA141867- Land at Berkley House, Station Road- application reduced to 1 dwelling – granted PA141773 Field adjacent to Willow Pond, Station Road- application to erect 2 dwellings- application withdrawn
